Evolve:
Evolve: is a practical training and development framework that strengthens an organisation’s in-house claims expertise, management of change, and governance for the proactive recovery of project delay and disruption entitlement
Evolve: is an experience-based, contract-neutral training and support framework for the management of change, preparation or defence of contractual entitlement, and identification of risk through improved governance and the development of your in-house capability.
Through the development of your organisational expertise, it is focused on making commercial perspectives transparent, credible, and predictable, whilst enhancing the way decisions are taken, documented, and managed across projects.
Unlike traditional claims or advisory services, Evolve: seeks to establish systemic and repeatable processes and shift organisations from reactive, dispute-driven behaviours to proactive, evidence-based decision-making that is embedded within live projects.
Strategic Integration
By aligning and consistently connecting strategic intent, together with commercial processes and operational decisions, organisational fragmentation is reduced, communciation is improved, whilst governance, decision-making, and documentation operate as a cohesive system rather than isolated functions.
The Evolve: approach unites project and organsiational teams around common goals: enhancing project governance, management of change, and commercial protection. Rather than focusing on the effects of commercial risk, Evolve: is a preventative, capability-led framework that is designed to afford long-term organisational capability as opposed to reactive temporary interventions to commercial contract challenges.

Improved Organisational Capability & Learning
Evolve: is focused on
building stronger internal commercial capability, reducing reliance on reactive claims support, and embedding expertise within internal project teams.

Contemporary Management of Change and Risk
Proactive change management can reduce commercial risk and prevent issues escalating into disputes, whilst whilst also helping to avoid formal dispute proceedings and improve complex project predictability. Unmanaged change leads to delay and disruption, escalation of unrecovered costs and margin erosion
